I get it, there are days when it feels as if the person you fell in love with has disappeared and a distant, distracted stranger has taken their place. Chances are you’ve been trying to ignore it, hoping it’s just a ‘phase’, but there’s more tension between you now than ever and you just want to get back to the way things were.

Hello… I’m Gabby,
Wife and mother in the survival years of parenting (my 2 mini humans are 8 months & 3 years). I’m also a successful Clinical Psychologist in my own private practice, so when it comes to relationships, I understand not only the clinical perspectives, but also the difficulty of staying connected when you both have hectic lives, careers and family commitments.
I believe relationships take work, and as a busy Mum I know it’s not easy to invest the time and energy into this part of your life. But, in my professional role I see so much heartache and pain between couples that could have been helped by a few simple strategies early on, and that’s what motivated me to create this eBook.
My hope for you is to start a conversation that will kindle a connection, because that’s where love grows…
